Manager’s comments on the transaction :
Jacques Horovitz, Founder and Chairman of Châteauform’, said : "I first met the AtriA Capital Partenaires team in 2000 through a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Club. I was looking for capital to finance my project to develop Châteauform’, which at that time was operating three properties with a totally new concept. My project was an ambitious one since it involved creating a chain of some twenty business seminar centres.
The AtriA team impressed me with their knowledge of business development in fast-growing sectors and their understanding of the specific constraints involved. After working together for five years, AtriA showed me how to keep growth under control and gave me the discipline and professionalism I needed to develop my group.
They are also a pleasure to work with, friendly, easily accessible, have a good knowledge of my product and don't hesitate going beyond figures to discuss strategy."
