SPIN-OFF

A spin-off (or spin-out or carve-out) consists of an incumbent management team buying out the subsidiary or the activity they manage from a group who is refocusing on core business, via an LBO in partnership with a financier.

Among spin-offs led by AtriA are: LPR , second largest pallet supplier in Europe for consumer goods producers, ICM Group (formely Métal Déployé) , world leader in welded wire cable trays, CLEXTRAL which designs and produces twin-screw extruders, RIVARD which manufactures cleaning vehicles, trenching machines and industrial cleaning systems, CS Dermatologie, a pharmaceutical laboratory specialised in dermatological products, and Abcd, a turnkey contractor for industrial and logistics buildings.
