True pioneers in France, our founders built a team with a combination of veteran and younger professionals that offer a complementary range of skills and experience. AtriA's exclusive focus on French mid-cap firms and its performance contribute to this aim.

A SHORT HISTORY

In 1999, AtriA Capital Partenaires was founded by pioneers of French private equity, taking over the management of the portfolio of CFI, a subsidiary of CIC. They launched AtriA Private Equity Fund, a 125-million euro fund which was rapidly deployed, as it invested in 14 mid-cap growth companies in four years.

In 2004, the team launched AtriA Private Equity Fund II, a 196-million euro fund that also targeted growth companies with an enterprise value of 20 to 200 million euros and which invested in eleven mid-cap growth companies in three years.

In 2006, AtriA Capital Partenaires raised its third LBO fund, AtriA Private Equity Fund III with commitments of €300 million. The Fund started investing in January 2007, and owns 7 mid-cap growth companies with an enterprise value from €30 to €200 million.

In 2012, AtriA Capital Partenaires joined the Naxicap Partners group, one of the most active players in the French mid-cap market. This partnership enables AtriA to benefit from the expertise of Naxicap’s 35 investment professionals and boosts Naxicap’s development in third-party management, as AtriA brings with it a wide panel of quality investors.
